New Patient Neurological Evaluations: These appointments are designed to assess new patients, new injuries, or if you have had any major changes in your lifestyle. This appointment includes an evaluation of your neurological, skeletal, and muscular system. Dr. Shores will complete the evaluation, if indicated you will then have x-rays to check for postural distortions that may be contributing to your condition. We will bring you back for a report of findings (included in cost) to go over the plan of care that Dr. Shores creates for your treatment. $194
